Open Alpha!


Today Biomancer is in Open Alpha!

It's been 3 years of non-stop development and we are finally hitting a public release! This is major! I’m thrilled to finally share it with you.

🔷 What’s New in the Open Alpha:

  • Physically-Based Rendering (PBR)
    The engine now supports physically-based lighting, including:

    • Realtime shadows for any type of light source

    • Realtime reflections

    • Metalness & Roughness

    • Sub-surface Scattering

    • Normal Mapping

    • Emission

    • Anisotropic Material

  • Multiple Light Sources
    Biomancer now handles complex lighting setups with:

    • Point Lights

    • Directional Lights

    • Spotlights


This brings Biomancer one step closer to delivering rich, dynamic, and customizable procedural worlds in real time.
